Den I was told that if you had the "live" vaccine jab it is a one off, but you will probably have side effects.
Mine was not a "live" jab and you have to have 2 jabs 6 months apart, side effects are much less common.
So whether you have 2 or not depends on what you were given.
Who needs a signature anyway......
