Possibly the safest place in the World is any island in the Caribbean. In the last 25 years of visiting, there has never been any threats from local people. I would say its a lot safer than any British city.

I think you need to do a little research. Much of the Carribbean has a high crime/murder rate, and to say it's "safer than any British city" verges on the ludicrous.
