Absolutely awful things to work on - no access, many poor design decisions, rot for the fun of it.

Quite fun to drive - when working. Probably didn't help that I had an old-ish (at the time) one as a first car after we got married for T'Wife to get practice in to pass her test.. Really glad to see the back of it.

Should have bought the late model Triumph 13/60 Herald that my father offered me. Needed some work & I didn't have the time / inclination then, so passed on the offer. In hindsight, a mistake.
I still quite fancy a Herald / Vitesse / Spitfire / GT6, but lack space / motivation to get one.
