Den, you will have to speak with a Romanian accent to do robbing. I did notice there were security staff at entrances to halls for the first time. I wonder if they are spotters of the gangs ? Most of the autojumbles and shows now have warnings about the robbing gangs in the crowd.
In the Caribbean, there are very few locals that would steal. Much safer place to be walking around with decent people. I did speak to one a few years ago who had a hand missing and a few machete cuts and he said that can be what you get for stealing from another resident but he was a really nice bloke that had been caught
Much safer to walk around in the Caribbean countries than Exeter or Plymouth now. Both those cities have too many drug gangs and murders.
