I had a heart attack an a "small" stroke back in september last year
my doctor wrote a letter to my houseing assoc , stating he was unhappy and if anything happened again , and ambulance took same as last time (one hour and ten mins) there is a good chance I would be brown bread when they got here
I set my eyes on a bungallow with assistive living
but was basicly told , my flat had d/glazing a wet room and central heating , basicly bottom of que and that there were about 15 people above me , and to rub it in , only time they came vacent was when an elderly died or moved into full time care ,, basicly if we havnt contacted you by 2035 , give us a call
on fri 13th I was offered a bungalow I measured for carpets , of fri 20th all work had been completed inc interior decoration I signed for the keys , sat 21st (prooffessional) carpet fitters went in , lamainate wood in l/room and hallway , a carpet so thick that you struggle to walk , in the bedroom , bathroom is a wetroom , so has "tanked" vynyl and kitchen ,vynyl is 95% good
this monday at 8.30 a proffessional removal firm did the move
I am very very tired ,sat waiting from 10.30am untill 1600 hrs in a cold house waiting for gas to be commissioned , lots of chest pains , but managed it
all other bungalows seem to be ealderly/retired , theere is an intercom for on on site 24hr assistance , no scrotes on mountain bikes , in fact at midnight there is no noise

because of pension and attendance akllowence the counsil pay the rent and c/tax in full, until I die, the h/assoc do all repairs and upgrades at no cost , as my sister says , I am a jammy bugger , then she says , you have fed enough in , this is your paypack
just looking foward now , no longer on a rough cousil estate with drug dealers living in flat above , I need this
