I don't know where it was taken.
1) The band pictures printed on the dresses on the three little groupies are unfamiliar.
2) Two bicycles and and old VW on the streets; would be very rare in the USA.
3) Can't read the motorcycle tank badge but is it a Terrot? That would lock it down to France for sure.
4) What's the model of sedan behind the bicyclist? Simca? SEAT?
