Leon, modern redex is injector cleaner now and not upper cylinder lubricant. I use it on my old bikes and it keeps the jets from accumulating any deposits.
My boy, at his garage includes a dose of redex during routine service. It is available in petrol engine or diesel types.
In my old 4 stroke bikes, i also add a small amount of 2T oil which will be an upper cylinder lubricant.
This also provides a bit of oil to the lower end of the valve guides and might be why my valves and guides are at 50,000 miles so far on the T120r
