Many bikes are off the desirable list for me as I can't put a foot down reliably. OK you can tiptoe it, but stop go riding in towns is a nightmare.

One of my shortest test rides ever was a Guzzi adventure type bike when I realised as I began to use one foot to bring the dealers demo bike upright off the side stand, the other was still way up high in the air. Test ride over, still not pressed the starter.
