I'll be 70 in a four months.Three years ago I had a new CoCroMo right knee and yes it was a hard few months with the physio. now, I sail dinghies, kickstart bikes and in 2024, went up Mount Toubkal in Morocco ( 14,000 ft).

One friend of mine:s father had a new knee aged 80. They told him it would last 25 hrs if he looked after it, 15 if he didn't. So thinking he wouldn't get to 105, he carried on fell running.

Basic message, if you do the physio, you'll get a great benefit from a new knee and you are never too old.
