With all the 20 mph limits around now, i am having to use 2nd gear a lot more.
With the huge funds collected from the new cameras locally with fines up about 3 times that of a few years ago, North Devon is now installing a lot of cameras.
Around the Exeter area, they are everywhere but normally on roads with no history of accidents
