The A65 Spifire i am fixing up is being a money pit and about 6500 so far. possibly a lot more than it would sell for but it will be a nice bike once running again.
Todays job was replacing the brake lever, making a bracket for the Norton style paper oil filter and fitting a new plate under the engine which allows for a drain plug. Next job is a new rear sprocket, new carbs then fit the Boyer and new 6 Volt coils.
Quite a lot more as it still has a fibreglass tank so will get a large UK style steel tank from India.
This one came from Cali but has UK registration. Unfortunately, that registration begins with GEY so it becomes the Gay bike
