Received this today :-

"As part of our ongoing efforts to keep the event sustainable and focused on what works best for the majority of attendees, we’ve made the decision to remove the show hall element from our May event"

Sending this out just three weeks beforehand doesn't seem to be the brightest of ideas
It's been received very poorly by the membership of my club, so much so that some have already puled out from going. Which in turn means that the event will most likely be no longer viable for us to attended at all.
What do the panel think?
