Indeed, I always expected to have to do some fine tuning.

They are very sensitive to carb settings.

Pretty pleased with things so far.

Brakes are not really up to the performance of the engine though so I will be doing a front disk upgrade the same as I did with my last H2 - disk from a modern Triumph and and a Suzuki SVV650 caliper.

I already have all the bits I need including a special caliper mount and disc spacer as I made them for the last H2 as I was going to go double discs but you dont need the doubles.

The single disc gives it real stopping power.

Dont care that it deviates from the stock setup, stopping is more important than originality.
