in my local , the larger pizza companies "sell" a driver/rider a second policy that sits on top of std insurance policy , I know this for cars/vans but not bikes

in reality if you are involved in a bump , this would refer back to your main policy , whp would clamp down and pay 3rd party claim only , its a mine field

another interesting thing is , my local parking wardons Lanc county counsil have a fleet (ok a few of) 50 or 125 type scooters fitted with L plates

perhaps a person with a full licence would demsnd more pay OR the thick numskull dregs that pertain to be parking attendants , are to thick to pass a bike test
