Very true Will - you only have to watch some of the Police Interceptor programmes to prove that.
That is why I think seize and scrap is a pretty good strategy provided they own the vehicle and it has not been nicked.
Well I am off out now on my fully insured Triumph Speedmaster AKA the Spudmasher.
Who needs a signature anyway......
