Exmouth hospital is free parking so clogged up. The Exeter hospital had the ANPR barriers installed about 3 years ago but the barriers never did work so they just stay up. The payment booth is next to the exit.
I have a blue badge so register it at the reception but the concession is for 6 Months then register gain.
Exeter and Plymouth main hospitals always have a parking shortage. At Exeter, i have often had to park outside the grounds and walk in.
Tiverton is a great hospital and no parking problems at all.
