preston has a ring road , its quite importsnt , all traffic from liverpool wanting to go to sk8pton etc must go down this road , its a duel carrageway , right thru the centre of the town

out county counsil has now decided that the one cycalist in preston should have a 8ft cycle lane on both carrageways , it seems that just eat /uber etc are barred from this lane , as they are not "novices"
