Its strange with new wiring regulations, you can have a 13 amp outlet in a Bathroom if it is in what they say is the safe zone. personally, i would not want one in there at all. However, when i made my shower room with large pump, i fitted a socket inside the pump cabinet so no one could plug anything else in.
Things have changed a lot and now i have what was called an earth trip or RCD, i have every circuit protected by its own RCD so 14 of them in the new metal cased board and a device to protect against surges caused by EV chargers if anyone ever gets an EV here.
Lightning strikes will often kill most electronics in the house but this new item should protect it. Its a 400 pound board now for a good one and Housing Associations would normally fit this over a period of time as testing required.
The older boards with 2 RCD units which were called split boards are now obsolete and plastic ones cannot be fitted.
