The electric winch is a useful tool and can also be used to unload down a ramp, however, it may need 2 people as you have to hold a physical switch to operate the winch.
For my own bike ramps, i use very strong wheelchair ramps and i doubt they will bend but adding a steel bar along the edge would firm it up.
My R111 had got to be a danger to me so it moved on but i still have the 1700cc bike which weighs 750lbs, the same as an R111 but much lower centre of gravity.
I have an electric winch on the bike lift in the garage ready for when i do need it in a few years time. My old bikes have an attachment wire under the engine to clip the winch cable on.
