UMM , moving ??

the housing assoc rung me to say there was a bungalow available THE NEXT WEEK , if I wanted it I had to sign paperwork and essensially pay for 2 lots of rent

got keys on a fri afternoon , a local aisian owned carpet shop did laminate flooring in living room and hallway + bedroom carpet the following day ,that was £1100 with a recept done on a sat morning , NO other local british owned shop could fit me in for about 3 weeks , and they would have to order in

on monday morning a large luton van with 2 proffessional drivers did a full move in about an hour and a half for £350

had new virticle blinds done about a month ago 3 blinds = £200

I am a happy bunny now , garden at front , garden at back , a bloke knows he has made it when he gets a washing line !

its what they call "assisted living" . no body bothers me , there is an emergency alarm , they ring/test and ask if I am ok once a week.
