My Mum lived in a similar place for over 30 years, hers was lovely quiet and peaceful with garden front and rear.
Her rent was minimal, she loved it there, rest her soul.
It was only last year we cleared the place out after Mum passed away - there was a lot of memories in that place, and for some reason my eyes kept misting over.
Who needs a signature anyway......
