Got back a few minutes ago, after a 40 odd mile ride on the KH.

It is certainly hot out there, but not too hot.

Rode some nice A and B roads a some back lanes - KH is great for that sort of stuff.

No traffic holdups, in fact traffic was quite light so no rider overheating problems.

Took a 1/2 litre bottle of water with me to sup along the way.

Had quite a few stops along the back lanes to look at scenary and ponder life and my situation. Did me good I think.

Probably do it all again tomorrow but on a different bike and different roads.
