You are very lucky if you do not get arthritis as it controls every day. I take opiod pain killers 3 times a day for the last 20 years but its a losing battle.
Maybe the electric buggy riders do not want strong pain relief ?. No side effects for me but i do have regular liver and kidney checks as painkillers can do damage in some people.
Daily folic acid and cider vinegar will slow it down or keep it at bay. Folic acid is given to pregnant women to protect bones so its a proven medicine and just buy in a vitamen shop
