here in jersey 40mph , with 15 mph in on backroads , 12 distinct parrishes all with own police , they are allowed to drive plain cars and use speedguns
max speed for bus or wagon is 30mph , no non jersey buses or coaches on island as there is a 7ft 10inch width limit , uk buses are 8ft

I was staying at a hotel on the a13 , ring road. extreamly busy people do 30 + mph as if they are driving on limiters , there seems to be a lot of electric push bikes that seem to be. as fast as cars
