Recently, a lot of scooters are being stolen in Exmouth. They push them away a bit before ripping off the front panel to access the ignition wiring. These thieves post pictures of themselves on faceache riding around the local skatepark before dumping the bikes. They are 15 year old and get arrested and let out to steal more.
My boxer Grandson gave then a message that if they touch his, he will find them and deal with it his way.
I gave him a really good steel boat anchor chain which will put them off. He says it might hurt them a bit when he whips them with it.
They also stole a brand new Royal Enfield but the owner caught them using a faceache post and the community got it back just with wiring damage.
The police seem unable to act on these 15 year olds who post their face on the internet
