After food and drink and a listen off I went and followed the front wheel.

Yes it was hot, so I took additional hydration with me, knocked off nearly 50 miles.

Must be a glutton for punishment as I mowed one of the lawns when I got home.

Time for tea now - a nice ham and egg salad washed down with a glass of Merlot.

Back to work tomorrow - only another 9 Months to go , and then who knows.......
