Run faster Den. The last two years have been good crops and snails and slugs cannot get anywhere near the stems and leaves. I have surrounded the tank they grow in with copper mesh and tape. Snails just cannot cross copper as it gives them an electric shock. The copper does no harm to any other animals or bees etc.
A lot of black fly this year so crushed a lot with fingers then got the last few with spray.
Great in the early Morning as dozens of small birds come in to eat garden bugs on the roses.
