I have three Neighbour's two have just moved into the properties they are young one wants to buy part of the drive of which I own there has always been an agreement that if the tarmac is damaged we all chip.in ..He wants the part outside his house which I won't allow ..
Yesterday we had a viewing of our bungalow So my third neighbour said I could use here place so I could be out of the way while the Agent showed them around
She left the place open for us as she was going to be out for a while .. so we popped in to her 17century cottage my goodness it was really cool inside temperature wise ...anyway after a couple of hours we went home viewing finnished
Outcome the layout did not quite suit them they really liked the garden..
