My neighbour is a grade 1 A hole - wont go into the detail save to say that it I ever sell I will have to declare it, and to be honest what they have done has devalued the place, and given the history would make a prospective buyer think twice at best or walk on bye.

No way could I ever get the true market value unless the A hole sells up up.

Shame really was great here until they moved in.
