Stuff like that it probably OK, but I would never buy anything that is safety critical from them.

A bloke on another site I frequent bought some handlebar risers for a ridiculously low price from China - something I would definitely not do.

Good quality from a reputable UK dealer are around £120 these were around £30 - depends how much you value your life I guess.

Who needs a signature anyway......
