A disabled card (blue badge) has no meaning or need to be shown on PRIVATE land

if he will not listen , as in my case , allow womble and co to take you to county court , in my case the judge ruled that the blue badge was not relevant on private land , the wonble had been informed of disability , and chose to break the equality act or 2010 ,
the case was dropped , they ewere heavily critisised , my costs were refunded and womble and co were told to pay £200 to me for breach of equality act

the blue badge system is doomed to failure , and as proof that the majority of car parks are money grabbing they use ANPR cameras , set to max stay times , and not to moniotor parking (cut price no feet on the ground)

read your blue badge , it clearly states non applicable on private land
