In Exmouth, the motorcycle thieves are 15 year olds and steal bikes to ride around the local skatepark then discard them when fuel runs out and steal another.
They rip the front off scooters to join the wires to start it so the bikes are written off.
They post videos on line of the thefts.
Police did arrest them and released as they are 15 so they continue to steal.
My 16 year old Boxer Grandson has sent them a message that if his gets took, he will track them down one at a time and deal them a lot of pain.
The police seem to think its OK to let them continue as the time taken to deal with them interferes with the Mc Donalds eating.
So far, they have not touched the Grandsons scooter but dozens have been stolen and the wrecks are in the park.
