With police not able to stop it, i think they will like the idea of another young man stopping the thefts. They will not lock up the thieves who have taken 1000s of pounds away from other 16 year olds so unlikely to trouble the 16 year old who will stop it. Very unlikely he will have to do anything but they will have seen the videos of his boxing Championship win at Torbay and he is 6 foot 3 inches tall.
