An excellent 110 miles in the sunshine. Only about 50 bikes but none broke down and no one fell off. The really good old bikes have all gone and when i asked some riders, they said they sold them as the prices began dropping. So, no Vincents, BSA slopers, Velocettes, Nortons, Rudges etc. Just ordinary old British bikes that many used for getting to work when they were new.
Attendance has halved in this club so i will see how the other club is doing in 3 weeks going over Dartmoor.
Lots of potholes to dodge and must have caused pain to those with just a spring seat for suspension.
