I think the caravan place was nearby.
A few of us used to ride up there to do the juke box ride with the Wooliebacks. They used to prefer House of the Rising Sun because it was a long record. Seriously, some of them were tough miners & good lads who'd do anything for you.
I drove past there early 1973 on the way to Bamber Bridge with my girlfriend after I came out of hospital. It was still some sort of eatery.
Not been that way again for decades.
