In the days when Oulton Park was still tight and narrow and before Armco appeared & the run down to and past KnickerBrook was the fastest part of the track, the Goldies and ((surprisingly?) well sorted A10s were best rides.
Tritons were good, but they and Manx Nortons were really for the Rich Kids. I did get to try some as I used to build them up & test ride on a Wednesday afternoon.
