I dont thinl they were "unemployed" , they were like many buisness men "self employed"
at my old flat , I had druggies living above me , they were not always druggies , he was a hard working building worker that like a joint on a fri or sat night , however his company did a random drug test , he was fired and could not get a job on any other building site ,
his new line of work was to buy double , and sell one one lot hopefully making enough money to pay for his , multiple full big red key raids , people on scoots , cars etc all night long , I came out one morning to find an axe ( a bloody big one) thru his car windscreen and embedded in his dash board (try explaining that to your insururs?)

eventuaslly a sucsessfull raid , BUT it took 2 more yrs to get him into court , housing assoc could not evict him untill he was found guilty

made my life hell
