Our ambulance guys where I live are all unpaid volunteers so they don't frequent doughnut shops; we've had to call them a few times over the years, and even though we're 8 miles from town, they're always here inside of 15 minutes.

My cardiologist detected a bit of Afib at my May checkup, so had me wear a monitor for two weeks. Turns out that about 1% of my heartbeats are out-of-time due to atrial fibrillation.

As far as I can tell, it's just like the random spark on the original BSA 4CA points, it'll knock a hole in your piston if it keeps up. I might need to have a Boyer implanted if it gets worse. Just a fuel additive (blood thinner) for now, though.
