Dave, due to hand tremors i am unable to use the touch screen equipment as one touch is normally 3 at the pitch of the finger tremors.
I have now used the form supplied which takes about 3 minutes to complete after i spent 30 minutes on line and failed. Thats what i will do next time with a 91 pence stamp.
Some card machines in shops have flat screens and i cannot type in my pin number.
I use a large buttoned DORO phone with no fancy bits.
