On the News Yesterday, it was stated that going up the stairs in the house will increase your lifespan.
So, after a few hours of doing this, i was wondering how many days of extra time i have.
Then, i began to wonder if going back down again took some of the extra time back.
How can i calculate the extra days i have earned ?
I also wonder what Doctor has decided that walking up stairs increases your lifespan so i can avoid him in future. Seems like a load of Bullocks😊
