I will be appealing this on Monday Andy. It was a public road near the marina used by hundreds of cars every day. It was just all black tarmac but having seen all the other cars getting a ticket, they all thought parking was OK. Many had Blue disabled badges as i also have so i could have parked on double yellow lines for 3 hours if i wished.
Should be interesting to take the local Council on as it is them who issued the tickets. I won the car park penalty notice in Falmouth where the picture they took of my car showed no parking lines on the tarmac. They had just taken a picture on tarmac as i had not parked at all because the car park was full so i was just driving in and then out the other end. I always have a working digital camera in my car so i can take pictures in good quality.
