as of oct 1st , massive changes in sub contracting
on 1st oct thee main company (amazon) will be resposable for all flip floppers , sorry employees , passing the buck and saying they were sub contacted comes to an end , if a person driving an amazon truck hits your wall , its amazon that are responsable , not the long gone sub contractor

thats just a side effect , when police raid a warehouse and find 10 illigals , its not the illigals employer , the now disapeared sub contracter that gets fined £40,000 per person , and does not pay , it amazon , same as insurance , driving licencss hours etc , the days of the flip flop disappearing , only to start work at next depot under a new sub contractor has finished. AMAZON are responsable , right down the warehouse cat , if a middleman couses them to be fined , the middleman wont be used any more , there will be a lot of tightening up , driving licences checked (often) right to work checked ,,,oh joy

ps this will go down to just eat etc , no more passing the buck blaiming sub contractors £40.000 fine to just eat for every illigal , £60,000 on second offence
I can tell you now with the threat by local police and counsils threatening to close food shops that have employed illigals (ie , organised just eat deliveries), you may get a nicely dressed man (shoes , not flip flops) in a livered van delivering your food soon
