In 1962 some Vincent club members got so fed up with the snobbery shown that they decided to start their own club open to all makes of bikes and most of all make it a very friendly welcoming club hence the name.



It was based very close to Hammersmith bridge on the Barnes London SW13 side in a church hall and soon became a very large and sociable motorcycle club. This picture of us was taken of us and wonder if any of you can spot this old rocker.


Just to give you a clue.


We as a club did organise a run to the very first Dragon Rally which I went on and decided never again as I had never been so bloody cold in my life. At least I made it and still have the badge to prove it.

They were great days and I had some fantastic time with great people and sometimes just wish I could go back to those lovely carfree Happy Daze!😀😀
