not so much ebikes and food , my local counsil are following the london assembally , regarding mop eds and cbt / l plates
they ARE going to block anyone riding a moped from doing commercial work (hire / reward) ,on l plates if you want to deliver food , get a full licence

unlike londonia and about 5 yrs for legislation , our counsil just closes shops that employ people they dont agree with , so a simple : ensure any riders delivering for you hold full and valid licences , and correct insurance , have valid NI numbers and right to work , failure will be the shop licence revoked

on a more happy note , the company that do parking ticketing in my area ,for the counsil , employ a lot of people riding scooters , with l plates , hire or reward , bye bye
