I always use reviews before booking hotels and mostly, the venues have been very nice. Often i stay in the higher priced hotels with parking. Seen some lovely old Manor house type properties built in the 1800s and also quite a few farmhouse guest houses where there is peace and quiet at night.
I found that the number 1 rated hotel in Blackpool was a terrace house with 5 rooms run by a slightly disabled man and a young girl as the helper. He was brilliant and was able to get lower priced tickets for us. Superb little house and nice quality food. Low cost as well !
