geoff , dont you think if you had lung cancer you might of spotted it ,and if you did have it , do you think the nhs could fix it
20 + years ago my mother had stomach cancer , they removed 3/4 of her stomach , she lived a miserable life for 3 yrs in pain and suffering , she did not swear , but she did not wish the "willy waving wankers" of surgeons that showed off the skills in the lancett, and left people in pain
my friend is going to germany for monthly treatments asthe NHS cannot help , , all going well with hi dosage treatment over short period rather than extremly long time uk style
he went to our local (teaching) hospital and they told him it had got larger , multiplied , and offered a priest
on next trip to germany they X-rayed him , told him UK got it wrong and showed him currant and first xray where it was now noticably smaller

I am forever getting txt , ADSH , cancer , bowls , flue jabs etc etc , the big delete key works well
