From what I hear a Mr Garner has been ordered to pay back the 41 million he stole from the pension fund...
The company that has bought Norton is fulfilling the orders placed by customers...

It was always a mistake allowing companies of a certain size to administer their own pension funds. Countless people have lost out over many years; including yours truly.

Maybe an urban myth but Maxwell is supposed to have come across a chap idling on a stairway landing
and sacked him on the spot.
He wasne bothered at all. He didn’t

Garner has also been refused an appeal against giving back the money.. I doubt any will be paid back at all and he will go bankrupt.

Could be urban myth because many years ago when the company I work for had a different name and there was none of this PC nonsense, a very senior of the company gave a "malingerer" his marching orders on the spot.

The "malingerer" turned out to be a visiting van driver !

Who needs a signature anyway......
