Wednesdays pic quiz

This scooter only had two prototypes made designed by two reputable designers who were known for thier drinking Beer and Champagne as can be seen fron the design. But who is the manufacturer?

I zoomed in on the picture Dave. Its on the exhaust. really, i had no idea so cheated.

Was Philippe Starck the designer. I had a moto 6.5 for a year, designed by him, but quite conventional compared to that. It was a distinctive design, but quite a fragile demanding bike to keep in good order.
