Mr Bloody Garner...

Stuart Garner is scheduled to appear at Derby Crown Court at 2:15 today. The court papers indicate that it is a sentencing hearing.......we shall see.

Other opinions may be available but this one is always correct.

As usual, one set of rules for them and a different set for the rest of us. A clear two fingers from the judge to all the poor folk Garner defrauded.

Peter Caldwell, mitigating, said his client's actions had led to "a tragic fall from grace".
He said: "He has experienced personal anguish and rather serious mental health crises both last year and at the beginning of this year."

it is 30 years inside. Train robbers should have just run a pension scheme

I would remind you that a man died in the latter case but I take your point. You could probably get a longer "sentence " for shoplifting.
