So if a switch is rated at 30 volts max @ 10 amps max. What would the max amps be when running at 5 volts.
Using Ohms law would the max amps now be 60 ?

The switch will still be rated at 10A even when you switch a voltage lower than the rated voltage.

What he said, 10 amps.

Just think of it as when the switch is closed,there is 0V across it so all you are worried about is the contact size to flow current. Then when the switches is open, the current is 0A so it's the volts,and the contact gap and insulation you are worried about. You are never really bothered about them both together.
